Looking for remedy

I am looking for a remedy.

- patient is otherwise healthy and functions fine but has a long standing issue of feeling like his body has "slowed down". He is 47 years old.
- pulsating soles of feet
- very shallow breathing
- deep breathing helps all symptoms
- constipation
- feels tired
- numbness of mind
- different remedies help with all of these symptoms, but then eventually fail

No, not diabetic. Healthy otherwise. Nat Mur, Ignatia, Phosp, Lyc. tried. He is a chilly person.

I was thinking of Nux Moschata. I was also thinking of Phosphoric Acid or Opium. Do you think Nux Moschata is the best choice given what I have described? This patient is high functioning. He doesn't feel "sleepy" or "drowsy"
