Unusual feeling in Middle of chest

Hello Everyone,
Hope you all are in good health.

Just to discuss one case with forum homeopathy practitioners.

One of the female patient aged 76 yrs develops unusual feeling in the middle of the chest in night after lying on bed. It is not pain, it is not acidity, it is not injury. No sweat, Blood pressure normal, oxygen level perfect all parameters fine. When patient getsup from bed she is perfectly fine.

Overall cheerful, can move around comfortably. Little tensed due to covid scenario around, but not much.

No serious health issues. Energy little down some time.

Sleep is sound, appetite good, some time digestion problems.

I recommend Robina and Ibris (mother tincture) two times a day
China Mother Tincture one time a day.
Ignatia 30 before going to bed.

Any suggestions or discussion will be appreciated.
