Carduus Marianus Q for weight loss?

Hello all homeopaths here,

During my hepatitis A, i took Carduus Marianus Q 15 drops twice a day for almost a year.

I never gained a single kg during that period.

Now, I have gained weight, and I want to lose 5-8 kgs. Do you think Carduus Marianus Q can help me lose weight again? Is it known to help with weight loss?

My case is being followed by Dr Maheeru but he is away nowadays, I pray he is fine.
