Re arthritic ankles
I'm a 60 year old male who has played sport most of my life. I have some injuries I'd like help withFor years my ankles have been badly arthritic and have been operated on. They have no cartlidge and they feel brittle - I also go over my ligament doesnt hold my ankles in place.
My other injury I have a detached bicep
It's detached at the shoulder and my muscle looks strange.left bicep painful and restrictive.
I have others injuries which don't cause me problems.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN;HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
Sulphur 200 .
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken early morning empty stomach for three days.
DAY 7 ONWARDS
Abrotanum 30 and Ruta 6 five drops OF EACH in an ounce of water three times a day
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC FLOUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
NOTE.
The Success of the prescription depends largely upon your ability to describe your symptoms. Let modesty not prevent a full statement.
