Frozen neck

Two days back when i woke up i had stoff neck left side and had warm feeling in left hand. After some time i took hyp perf 200 and rhus tox 30, pain was reduced and was negligible.
Next day when i woke up i had same stiffness, not able to move my neck much and issue persist. Now when i move my neck if feels stiff at center and sides with bit of headache today feeling tightness.

Please suggest a remedy
