Urology issue - Doctors please help
Hello Dear doctorsI’m in my mid 30s and married with 3 children. Issue is I get semen discharge even at the slightest nearness to my wife with no erection even taking place, no sexual thinking even there. It’s few drops of semen coming.
It’s becoming so frustrating. Also when doing urine sometimes it takes time for urine to stop dribbling in bits it does then I need to squeeze out.
I also get stomach issues where I feel bloated. Feels like gas is stuck difficult to release my whole body feels pressurised and feeling disoriented.
Other times I do lots of gas which is extremely smelly.
Last few weeks my legs in pain when I wake in morning also.
Please can someone help as these issues are causing me big issues mentally and physically.
