help needed please
hii have had a cold for the last week, my problem is i have a dry loud cough, which isnt producing any mucous at all, i can hear it in there, but nothing is bringing it up. i took a couple of doses of ant tart 30, around ten hours ago, eventually that unblocked my nose, but im still not bringing mucous up, obviously i feel very anxious with that, do i sit it out with patience
help appreciated please
