Restless legs and muscle spasms in lower legs, ankles, and feet

I am taking 3 pillules (12 total) 30C of zincum met, kali phos, calcarea carb, and causticum every 8 hrs. for restless legs and muscle spasms in legs and feet. This is in place of a commercial combination remedy. Is this a safe thing to do? I cannot understand
the warnings about possibly poisoning oneself with 30C remedies and have not found
a homeopathic doctor in the Philadelphia area so far.
The rls is now chronic--the creepy, unpleasant rls itself occurs just twice a day, as do the muscle spasmsl, but the heavy, wooden feeling, mainly now in the left leg, is constant
but doesn't bother me. I can sleep despite it, but the unpleasant rls that requires constant
movement and getting up to walk is very upsetting and does not allow sleep no matter how exhausted I am.
I am an 86-year-old woman.

Thanks for any help from this forum.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is it self prescription?

Stop all medicines for one day and then take Zincum Metallicum 30 only three doses at 3 hour interval. Update two days after taking medicine.

Yes--I have used homeopathic remedies on my own the past three years but would prefer to find a homeopath to orescribe for me.

Ok. Now take Zincum Metallicum only as suggested.

Thank you. I will follow your directions and check back after two days.
One more thing that I forgot to include:
I have also been using homeopathically formulated rubs on my lower legs, ankles, and feet--Boiron Arnica Gel and Magnilife Relaxing Legs Cream. May I continue to use them
as needed (usually twice a day either separately or a little of each)?

Do not use them. They will interfere with the medicine.
