Need help pinpointing the right remedy for my son!

Hello,

I recently was trying to pinpoint the correct constitutional remedy for my son who is 4 years old. He craves sweets a lot, likes to eat butter by itself, he loves cheese but dairy makes him very hyperactive and aggressive he Can be impatient. He’s very intelligent and knows what he wants. He can get jealous of his younger brother but also be extremely sweet. He likes attention but is afraid of other children (possibly from past bad experiences). He is very afraid of school, even though he’s never been there. Thinking about going there creates a lot of anxiety for him. When he is going to do something challenging he doesn’t like people looking at him. He loves to go to new places and do adventurous things. His favorite music is rock music.
I originally gave him lycopodium 30C which helped his mood tremendously. However it brought on a rash around his mouth. The rash starts off bumpy and red and then dries with flaky skin. It also made him gassy (which he wasn’t before)

I then tried sulfur 6C to see if that would help. It’s been two days with that and his mood seems to fluctuate from happy content to weepy and whining. When he’s upset he talks about killing.

Hi! Thank you for your response.
I have read about stramonium but it doesn’t seem quite right.

Here are some key symptoms
Likes eggs (one of the only things he never says no to)
He also likes vinegar and lime flavored things
And he likes butter and milk and cheese
He Has a rash (red dry flaky)that came up around his mouth after being given lycopodium 30C (lycopodium helped his mood a lot but I’m not sure why he got the rash)
He is very animated and loves to talk
He can get jealous of his younger sibling or when he is not the center of attention.
He likes company and is afraid of the dark
He can be impatient saying often “it’s going to take forever”
When scolded he tends to hit himself
He can either withdraw afterwards or cry a mournful cry
When angry he will slam or throw things (such as his toys)
He is very smart and very observant (doesn’t miss a thing)
He has a phobia of going to school (not sure where it’s from because he’s never been) he says the kids are going to hurt him

Please feel free to ask questions
Thank you!
