Spasms, poor sleep, inner shakiness
I am suffering from severe spasms , especially in evening and night times. Spasm is all over my body, mainly at the back and arms.After walking I feel a sensation of shaking in legs.Sleep is highly disturbed.Aslo, bladder is leaking afer passage of urine.
I need help. Look forward to views from honourable experts.

Sleeplessness around 6 months ago, due to mind tension of family problems. I think. Inner shakiness and spasms are around two months old.Bladder problems also around two months old.
Am also getting pain near the right eye.

History:
Around 1 year back, Started feeling alienated from wife as felt I was not even remotely apprecaited for my efforts. At times, decisions regarding house issues were being taken without consulting me.
As sleep and spasms increased, I went to doctor and did some neurology tests like EMG, EEG.They were normal.Doctor who hardly examined me gave some sleeping pills and another medicine - said I have nervous anxiety. I tried for one week but it was of no use.
Inner shaking - mainly left side hand and both legs started around a month back. Walking also has become difficult due to feet sole pain.
Then I consulted a homeopath who gave me Thuja first. Then changed to Natrum Mur.Now he has recommended Aurum Met 1 M and Kali Phos which I am having.Acc to him, my problem is not physical but to do with the mind.
Please help.
