You can use the following remedies:

Hepar Sulph 6c to reduce the swelling

Silicea 6x to help drain the chalazion

Arnica 30c to increase the blood flow in the body and in the eyelid.

Foment the eye lid with a hot towel to increase the circulation.

After your eyelid drains you are advised to take Arnica 6c for life. One dose before sleep to keep the eyelids safe from starting another lesion.

Please note that all remedies are to be taken in the wet dose which you will make by inserting 3 pellets of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water and after shaking it hard 10 times with bubbling you sip a teaspoonful twice daily.

The short answer to your question is that it is not the Internet that prescribed the remedy to you.

It is made by a person who cares and spent some time to help you to get over your chalazion.

See the Archives ...for positive reports from many people who benefited from advice given thru interent.

I'm afraid you will have to repeat the minor surgery to scoop out the chalazion which is now all hardened pus which cannot be persuaded out as the fistula is not forming. You can try more fomentation as this will help but as a last resort it has to be surgery.

Use Arnica 6c in the wet dose after surgery to prevent them forming over and over again.

This remedy is guaranteed to prevent them forming again and again.

There are numerous remedies for Chalazons, you could try Pulsatilla or Sepia in a low dilution 6c for two days, STOP and wait and see how it goes. Take 3 Pellets in the morning half an hour before breakfast and 3 pellets in hte evening at least one hour after the evening meal. Good Luck.
