knee strain - possible tear acl

Aloha, I had a fall 5 months ago & injured my left leg. The ankle & knee were swollen but no fracture. Now my knee is still painful, slightly swollen w/ some laxity, limited range of motion. MRI said possible torn acl, however orthopedic surgeon not sure, maybe just streached with slight tear? My inner quad muscles are weak. I have been doing hot castor oil packs which give some relief. Are there any remedies that can speed healing process? thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arnica 30c in the wet dose should help your injury even after 5 months.

This is made by inserting 3 pellets of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water and after it dissolves, the bottle is shaken hard to ensure that it bubbles which is succussion.

A teaspoonful is a dose and you can take one thrice daily for a week and report progress. This remedy should have been taken immediately after you had your accident as you would have been OK today.

Thank you
I'll give it a try.
I did a bit of reading and thought perhaps ruta grav might be the one to use?

It the Arnica does not help in about a month you may use Ruta G.

I have helped many in your present condition and they have all responded positively to Arnica 30c in the wet dose. You should notice that the swelling reducing in about a week while the pain should reduce in a couple of days.

You must of course rest the injured leg as all movement will only serve to exacerbate the problem.

If necessary a case is indicated to help the healing process.
