Hi Joe,
My son is 4.5 yrs old, and suffers from atopic dermatitis(thats what the allopaths have told us) during winters and summers and if his skin comes in contact with anything non-cotton., mostly under the knee, elbows and underarms. these are reddish (inflamed)tiny bumps in the affected area, which are not itchy to start with but gets itchier as days go by. have been advised to keep those areas moisturised and cotton clothing always besides application of a very mild steroidal cream.
Despite all preacutions this keeps recurring each year.
he is tall, on the thinner side, active and sharp kid. likes being in colder conditions, turns red instantly if in hot surroundings, vegetarian diet, good digestion, dosent like or take milk, prefers savoury to sweet, prefers fruits and veg salads to junk munching!!!
please help...
My daughter is 11.5 yrs, is hpothyroid (under control by thyronorm 50mg daily)from last three years. she hasnt reached puberty as yet. she is an active, happy, fun-loving, intelligent and slightly emotional kid, sometimes her stamina levels fall low. child. I want her to be weaned off the allopathic med. for thyroid (as they do have side effects which surface later on in life) also at the same time i feel her height growth has slowed a bit, she used to be tallest in her class and now many kids have had their growth spurts and are taller than her, it does disturb her at times though i have tried to reason out and explain(very few and far between, but i dont want her to bothered abt this at all). another thing is she has perpetual low haemoglobin level (9.5 to 10.5 where the normal for girls/women is 12/13) i dont want this to affect her in anyway, as at this age kids can take anything to heart. She is also overweight by 5kgs....(and during the growth stage this tends to multiply faster) please suggest dosage and medication or any other tried and tested cure for increase in height, getting fitter with more stamina, haemoglobin and for hypothyroidism...please please please help...i dont want hypothyroidism to be a disrupter in the growth pattern (physical and mental)of my daughter. Please let me know if u need more info
Thanks

I am afraid that I do not feel sufficiently competent to treat your son and your daughter as I believe that they are too complicated cases to be helped on the ABC.

I believe that both cases are best treated by a homeopath whom you can consult personally with your children, who I feel will be better able to help them.

dear joe,
i was hoping for some advice with an experience like yours.
the tiny red bumps are a kind of eczema that stay for a few days
as for my daughter... first thing i want straightened out in increase in her haemoglobin levels as this will help her build the stamina and be fitter. Though i did hope u cud help me with the hypothyroid and height increase too. she is nearly 5' now.

It is just possible that what you describe as:

'the tiny red bumps are a kind of eczema that stay for a few days'

can be helped by Arnica 6c in the wet dose which I presume you know how to make.

Suggest that you give it to him for a week and report his response.

I regret that I would not like to prescribe for your daughter.

I will definitely try Arnica 6c in wet dose for my son, whenever next this erupts, and will brief u on the results.
Thanks joe!

I believe that you have got me all wrong as you have stated:
'I will definitely try Arnica 6c in wet dose for my son, whenever next this erupts'

It just will not do for you to give her the Arnica therapy AFTER she has another eruption.

The Arnica should be started ASAP in order to prevent another eruption.

Homeopathy prevents problems occurring to the body. Medicine treats the disease after it occurs usually when it is too late and the damage is done.

Therein lies the difference.

Correction to second para

It just will not do for you to give him the Arnica therapy AFTER he has another eruption.
