Sometimes When I'm Sleeping...

Sometimes when I am asleep, ( I know that I snore), but sometimes I wake myself up to breathe!!! It's like I just stopped breathing, and I am gasping for air when I wake up. It's scary, because I think I am so near death, and I don't like that feeling. Does anyone know what it is? What causes it? And please...What can I do?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try a dose of lowest available potency of Aconite.

I think that's called sleep apnea (lack of breathing). In western medicine there is no known cure, only treatments. One little girl in australia had to have somebody watch her sleep for the first 12+/- years of her life. Now she has a dog that allerts her parents when she quits breathing. I suggest talking to you doctor.
