Female intact lab's feet inflamed

I im very interested in learning more about alternative treatments for my labrador . She is a 4 yr old unspayed labrador that is shown in conformation .She had a litter last January 2006 . We noticed when she was pregnant that she would have hormone flairups.
First to tell you what she was being fed then. She was on proplan lamb/rice and also fed either cooked chicken meat or raw turkey meat we buy from aldis (1 lb rolls she got a 1/3 daily)
We also feed dog bloom vitamons and also gave a daily fish capsule 1000mg .
As she neared full term, her ears got warm , inflamed sore, so being pregnant I had to just clean daily with mild vinagar water and used a little neosporin on the ear.
Her paws on the top were inflammed with some hair loss, from her licking them .And I could see they were reddish , raw and thickened in between the toes .they were tender too. I did not really see cysts or round pea things just more inflamation like a yeast condition. Or maybe staph. She was getting a bit itchy all over then too. Being we didnt want to risk hurting the pups, we tried to keep her comfortable, I put gold bond powder on the paws,we gave her a benadryl daily for that last week of pregnancy and cleaned the ears.
After pups were born we put her on cephlexin 2 x a day 500mg.Put panalogue in her ears .We dipped her feet in weak clorox water then rinsed off .
she seemed to improve and with the cold weather she seemed ok in the spring again.
Now she goes in to false pregnancy after her heat in April, and in July , has milk and her feet act up again.Ears, and her face seems a bit puffy. Her coat is lovely. Weight is good . Still on lamb/rice proplan .But I see it has wheat or corn gluten so . I switched to salmon proplan for sensitive skin . No raw meat right now.
Was on cephlexin 500mg X 2 for a week in August. I bathed her in chlorahexaderm shampoo .Dipped her feet in weak betadine rinse, rinsed off.
Shes been on salmon and rice for 3 weeks now. Is off the antibiotics now.Shes been on salmon fish oil 1000 mg daily 3 weeks, and vitamons still. Her ears look good . Her Coat is nice . Shes not skinny, but not what Id say fat. Her paws still seem to be irratated ,raised look on fur/with some hairloss on tops.some red areas in between toes.and the dew claw is inflamed. No cysts. she is in a covered kennel on concrete and does get exposed to outside soil, grass as this is her play environment.
Im wondering if there is a homepathic we can administer that is safe to use on her that would not harm her if she was bred next year one time.
I see you recommened cod liver oil caps,
would this be better than salmon oil caps.?
Dosages? Her temperment is soft natured , easy going, loves the other labbies .

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would use a weekly dose of Pulsatilla 30c for a month and wait a further month to judge results.
