Graying of hair
32 year old,I am,my hair started growing much earlier at the age of 28,also my 20%beard has turned gray. I wish not to gray further. Colud you please tell me the reason why it is happening and what could me measure to prevent graying.Can the Gray hairs trun black again?

9. List of your complain first 1. (Skin related) In my lower part of left leg I have one dry patch which itches some times and the area becomes white due to itching and scrubbing. Its something fungal infection I hope. Simlarly in the thumb of my left leg there I get itching sensatation and when scrubbed it becomes white only in that particular small area. Last time I consulted one Homeo doctor ans she suggested me to take lycopodium 30D for about six month. I took for two month and it was getting cured but now since i have left it has started again.
2. I also said taht lady doctor about my hair graying and she told that the same lycopodium is for both the problem.

16. What exactly is happening ? Etching of skin at toe while I open my shoe or touch that portion of skin.
17. How do you feel ? Etching is not very frequent and generally at night time or when touched fell like itching.
18. How does this affect you ? Embrass me especially my hair as I look very young by my face and people says that I look like 25year boy when I am clean saved but gray beard appears when not saved which gives embrassement so I have to be clean saved all the time albeit I want sometimes to haev taht unsaved look.

I never get headache.Headache is only when I take too much tension and when I am over obssessed to get the thing done in the manner in which I want. I am cool minded person so it once in blue moon.Touch wood.

Constipation I have heard the term but I am unaware of the symptoms and what happens in body which i called constipation and Flatulence.Please explain me the term and tell me please the remedy to overcome it. It is something very serious for me.

I have serched the term constipation and Flatulence in Google and found that the symptomps of the same not matches with mine as my bowel is cleas and have regular bowel two-three times daily. Gas is there but that is normal I hope and it happens when sometimes some legumenus diet I take more or Nuts.
