I have noticed in some of your answers to different questions that you suggest, such as Arnica 30C to be taken in the strength of 1 drop in 400ml of spring water, or 2 drops in 500ml of spring water. Which is the correct mix? This is the liquid dilution in ethanol.

Thank You,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I cannot remember advising 1 drop in the 500ml water and if I have inadvertently done so, it is in error. I always prescribe 2 drops as the chances of the one drop hitting the bottle neck are high when this operation is done.

Theoretically even 1 drop of any remedy in ethanol is sufficient but the additional drop that I prefer is to safeguard the eventuality illustrated above.

You can also use the pellets which are activated by the pharmacy but since there is no gurantee as to how it was done, the remedy in Ethanol is best.

It is of course important that the whole bottle of water which is now the remedy is shaken hard prior to sipping a teaspoonful which is the dose.
