Attack of Bell Palsy

Hi i am diagnosed with Bell Palsy and my details are written below please help.

1. Name: Raj
2. Age: 22 Years
3. Sex: Male
4. Country: India
5. Climate: Tropical.
6. Chief Complain-Left-sided facial paralysis from 7 days. Onset: Noticed on awakening in morning while brushing with sensation of loosing water from mouth. Progressed with asymmetry noticed by workmates at about 3 P.M. and felt some difficulty with closing left side eye and with discharge.
7. Current medicine you are taking: acyclovir 800 mg 4 times a day, prednisone 10 mg b.i.d. and multivitamin capsule
8. Sign & Symptom of disease (at present): Residual left-sided asymmetry marked by lips and incomplete eye closure and some discharge from the left eye aggravated in sunlight and working on computer.
9. Slight back history: I had about 15 days earlier history of mild viral (common cold) otherwise nothing significant.
10. Family back ground: Medium class
11. Qualification of patient: Graduation science.
12. Nature of working: Computer, medical transcription.
