Itchy, inflammed skin eruption

My sister has a skin eruption that broke out last night. It started on her legs, has progressed down legs to feet and soles, arms and stomach. It is very itchy and is inflammed. It feels good to scratch, however this makes it even more itchy. It is worse for heat, much better for cold application, and is not so itchy. There is no bleeding. There are different sized spots all over, started out big and few but now are small but many more spread over the skin. It is very uncomfortable and feels the worst where it is warm - behind the knees and between the legs. Please help! The itching is is really bad.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Check if she is taking any antibiotic or co-trimox or septran etc.

She was given an antihistamine prescription (phenergan promethazine hydrochloride bp)and an hydrocortinsone cream (hydrocortisone acetate with chlorocresol + sigmacort)after getting the skin eruption, however this made it worse, so she immediately stopped the medication and the cream. She only made one application with the cream and took one dose of the prscribed medicie. She went to another doctor who gave her the antihistamine Telfast and a cream (Mometasone, pruct name is Elocon). The condition appears to be the same. It is still itchy. Is there anything she could use that would help acutely?

I see sulphur/sulphuno alergy in this case.

Urticarea 30 may relieve her symptoms.
