Advice needed please!

Every now and then during the day I let out 'sobs' as if i have been crying. I am aware that Ignatia is for constant sighing. But I am 'sobbing' Would it be considered the same as signing. I need a remedy please.

either PULSATILLA or SEPIA should help you but never together.

take them one at a time, give a gap of 7 days.

Try to post ALL symptoms,so as this hit and miss approach can be avoided.
