4 mo. old, "Happy Spitter", Need New Input!

OK, Baby Luke is now 4.5 months old, and he still spits up a lot. I have tried many of the remedies given on this site, and some others (I am an herbalist) but all to little or no effect. I suspect that this is just a case of the muscle seperating his esophagus from the stomach not being strong enough yet, but if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great.

Here is his info:

Breastfed exclusively.
Bloodtype: B Negative.
Was born 40th percentile weight & height, now 50th percentile Weight & Height.
Dark Auburn Hair, dark gray eyes.
Excessive spit up started just before 3mos, same time as his increased drooling.
Spits up the most in the morning after first feedings.
Does not spit up at all after 7 or 8 at night, ever.
Sleeps well, 10 hrs a night.
Has dry skin behind ears, on scalp. Otherwise clear skin.
Normal Stools.
Runs hot on his head.
Happy, content baby. Very alert, rarely cries or fusses.
Spit up does not cause pain or discomfort, just big big mess.

Have tried:
Silicea 30c once a day (by me for three days). Little to no effect.
Nat Phos 6x two-three times a day (by both me & baby) Some minor improvement, then regressed. Moved up to:
Nat Phos 12x three times a day
(by baby) Some minor improvement.
Nux Vomica. No effect whatsoever.
Gripe Water. No effect.
Cal Carb 6x. No effect.

Sometimes I give him Chamomilla 12x IF he acts like he's uncomfortable from teething, and that always works very well.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
look at Antim.crudum. Is the baby's tongue white?

You can read about anti.crudum here.

No, his tongue isn't white at all, no coating or anything. Very normal looking. His tongue had a minor coating in the back the first month or so after birth, but after I took Candidastat for two weeks to clear candida it went away. For the first two months of his life he also had a bit of a red stripe down the middle of the tongue, but that too has gone away.

However, in case it is an underlying candida issue I have been taking the candidastat again for the last week to see if it clears up the problem.

He is a very cheerful baby, likes to be held very much, especially if upset, and is better at night, so the anti crudum doesn't seem to really fit, except for the overeating part... Still I am willing to try anything at this point. Any other thoughts?

Then anti crudum is not the medicine.

Let us wait for more responses.

Baby Luke is also a photic sneezer (like his father). Not sure if it's important, but there it is :)
