Vulva Tears

For the last two years I have been suffering from a Vulva tear that is very irritating. The tear always opens up during sex and it opens up as a wound at the 6 o'clock point on my vulva and it bleeds. I have seen numreous dr's and they don't know why this is happening. I was told by one dr that I have scarring there and if I get surgery it could make it worse. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any rememdy that could cure this tear on my vulva from constantly opening

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
May one ask what is the probable cause of the tear?

As your case progresses, take a dose of Nitric Acidum 30 at alternate days for two weeks.

And Silicea 3x thrice a day. You can make Silica at home:

Though the remedy suggested is good for your condition, that frequent repetetion may not be required.

My advice will be just take max.three doses and observe response.

Dear fellow Gavini

Thread stayed unanswered for a day and more. She also started another thread but there was no response.

Please take initiative to care for patient otherwise let a patient take only one advise. Patient gets confused by secondhand advises.

There is no confusion.

Nitric acid is a potent medicine, and normally a reaction is established within three doses.

This is my experience, and I am telling about it.

Forums are meant for discussions, and all views should be welcome.

Anybody can question other's prescriptions and repetetion schedules.

Whether the advice is first hand or second hand doesn't matter.

The substance of it is important.

Ok so I should take Nitric acid how many pellets should I take and how many times a day. and how should I take the Nitric acid? Also, am I applying the Silica directly on the scar tissue?

Have you heard of anyone having this Vulva tear with scar tissue that keeps opening? and has Nitric acid cured the scar tissue? Also, what about Arnica 30C I read on another forum that it also works. Also, I forgot to mention that my vulva is very itchy

4 to 5 pellets is a dose.

Take one dose on alternate days, not more than three doses, maximum.

Make sure that there are no odors on you, around you and in your mouth, while taking the medicine.

Nitric acid is generally found useful, for conditions like yours. Have faith and take the medicine.

No need for Silecia 3X now.

Arnica won't help you.

Report back after a week.

Dear Gavini

For you educational purpose: Every medicine has a circle of spectrum. Advise by others may cover some aspect of the patient.

When many cases remain unattended why you go to only cases served by others.

Why are you lacking initiative taking capabilities.

Yes Arnica may help the patient, Silica may help the patient in a certain way.

You can't declare: Arnica won't help you.

Ok for how long should I take the Nitric acid when you say no more than 3 doses. Does that mean I should only take it 3 times on alternate days and than that is it don't take the nitric acid anymore and the condition should be better. I am not clear as for how long I should take the Nitric acid. Please let me know how long should I take it for. and also, you didn't answer my question about if you know of anyone who had the same problem as I do and the Nitric acid helped them.

As usualy our friend gavini has created the confusion.

I asked: 'Probable cause of the tear?'
Please reply.

As your case progresses, take just one dose of Nitric Acidum 30 once a day at alternate days for two weeks. This makes total 7 doses.

And Silicea 3x thrice a day. Silicea is to drain and dry up the wounds and tears.

If your tear bleeds, Arnica 30 could also be considered as a first aid startup remedy.

I have no idea what is the probable cause of the tear. I have been to many dr's gyn's as well and they don't know either. I was doing research on the internet and my symptoms kind of sound like Lichen Sceloris but I am not sure if that is what I have. I was told by one dr that he does see that I have scarring tissue there. the same dr told me if I got surgery there is no guarantee that it would heal and it could make it worse.

So as for the Silicea how am I taking that?. Am I taking it internally or am I applying it externally to the wound area?

DamitaJo last decade
Got it. Please continue with the Nitric Acidum and Silicea. Keep us update about your situation. Silicea is also for 2 weeks.

kuldeep last decade
Ok but the silicea am I taking it internally as well?

DamitaJo last decade
In that case you need not to take it externaly.

kuldeep last decade
In your opinion which would be a better remedy taking the Silicea internally or applying it externally? Also, if I decide to take it internally can I take both the Nitric Acidum and the Silicea both internally at the same time?

Dear Damita Jo,

I have the very same problem as you do! My problem began from having intercourse probably for too long of a period of time. I've had this problem for about 2 1/2 years. My doctor prescribed Fluocinonide and estrogen cream, neither one worked. Then my doctor perform a biopsy of the affected area (scar area) and now my problem is even bigger. The wound will not heal and it's worse. The biopsy came back negative.

If you find a remedy, to this problem, please let me know. I am desperate!

dear dr. kuldeep,
If you feel it convenient to apply Calendola creame externally hopefully it will much help the patient.
