Remedy please for following ACUTE symptoms

I caught a cold over weekend from chill i believe as was not wearing enough warm clothing.

Monday - Tuesday: chills alternating with heat + mild fever, burning headache and sore throat WORSE night, lying down & sleeping. Restless sleep, insomnia, ALL symptoms worse nighttime.

Tues took ONE dose BELLADONA 30c. Better sore throat + headache.

Wednesday - Thursday: No heat/fever. Cold in HEAD now, mild sinusitis, blocked nose with thick yellow/white discharge. Stuffed up , heavy feeling in head. Sleep much better but WOKE around 5am ALL SYMPTOMS WORSE. Nose completely blocked + v. sore throat from breathing thru mouth. WORSE lying down.

BETTER morning & afternoon, sitting up, from eating. V. sensitive to smell of food. Nauseaous to many food. Esp. Strong FOODS/SMELLS . Likes warm food/drink.

Can you please recommend remedy for this ACUTE?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
When you have fever/sore throat from cold weather or in AC, initially you should take Aconite 30 few doses, which will abort it. Now since this phase is over, you have to tell on which side is the throat pain, and what kind of pain do you have. Check your thoat, whether uvulva is red, tonsils are inflamed, fauces are red or there are pus pockets.
Till then, you can take a couple of doses of Hepar sulf 200.
Report changes.

thanks robina. Now , sore throat has abated and i have more the blocked, stuffy nose - congested , with yellow/white mucus.

I have Hepar Sulph in 30c . Pls advise.

Take Hepar Sulf 30 on dose for a couple of days. If there is mucus discharge from nose, take two doses of Pulsatilla 30 along with this

No.Not along with this.

Try Hep.sulf alone.

If it doesn't relieve completely, come back.

Never take two medicines at a time.
