Bad skin!

Hi, i'm 24 and never had a problem with my skin, even throughout my teens, however recently (past couple of months) I have broken out with spots on my forehead. My skin is also very dry (flaky) and I wondered what might help improve the symptoms of this? I exercise regularly and eat well, which is why this is so unusual. Also, recently I have suffered from greasy hair (something strange for me; my hair is usually very dry), constipation, bloating fatigue and a popping stomach/bowels around 2pm each day. Any ideas? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Get some Essential Fatty Acids into you - esp. Omega 3s - flaxseed / fish oils. Buy high quality ones. You'll notice a difference in 2 weeks re. dryness issues. Nuts, seeds .. also good .
Your liver needs these fats also, so what you're seeing skin-wise is liver imbalance (forehead=liver area) .REALLY watch yr diet - sat.fats, dairy, sugar, yeast, alcohol. Bloating, fatigue etc are all symptoms of systemic difficulty with these .

First thoughts anyhow. Will look at homeopathy angle . But need more info to go down this route.
