follicular infection

I have an internal bump in my groin. I used to get this when I was in my 20s and my obgyn used to treat with tetramicin I think. She told me that it is due to follicular infection. it is almost .5 inch diameter. After a week or so, it comes out as big blister with lot of puss(don't know the right term). It even makes it harder to walk. Can u suggest a natual remedy or a homeopathy remedy for this. thanks
