NOSE

Nose

Redness and swelling of the nose,

Ulcerated, agglutinated, painful nostrils, so that he cannot breathe through the nose,

Swelling and redness of the right nostril, and underneath,

Swelling of the nose, in the room, after walking in the open air,

Dark, brownish-red, slightly elevated spots upon the nose, which ache only when touched (after twenty-four hours),

Crusts in the nose,

Crusts, as from ulcers, in the right nostril, yellowish, almost painless, and dry,

The nostril appears obstructed, although air passes through it,

Burning and itching on the exterior of the nose,

Violent burning in right wing of nose,

Burning, itching, stitching, and smarting in the nose,

Boring in cartilage of nose,

Boring in left side of nasal bone, toward upper maxilla,

Feeling of soreness in the nose,

Soreness in both nostrils, especially when touching them,

The right nasal bone and the as adjoining part of the upper jaw are painful to the touch, especially at the place where the infraorbital nerve comes out,

Shootings in the septum of the nose, from above downwards,

Biting pain in the lower part of the nose,

Itching of the nostrils,

Itching titillation in the wings of the nose, as in a cold, sometimes with desire to scratch,

Sensitive smell; everything smells too strong for him,

The smoke of the lamp is offensive,

Frequently, a sweetish smell in his nose,

Momentary smell of brandy in the nose, with dyspnoea,

Putrid smell in the nose when blowing it,

Discharge

Frequent sneezing,

Coryza,

Violent fluent coryza,

Coryza, with thick discharge like white of egg,

Sense of obstruction of the nose, as in dry coryza; nevertheless, the air passes freely through the nose (after two and a half hours),

Biting pain in the lower part of the nose, so that the tears came into his eyes, as when desiring to sneeze, excited by strong sunlight, or exalted, pious grief, or the highest degree of pity,
