EXTREMITIES, LIMBS
Upper extremities
Rheumatic pains in shoulder and arm, also with swelling of the diseased part and febrile heat.
Ulcerative pain esp. in roots of finger nails of r. hand; and in middle finger.

Soreness, torpor, and paralysis of the (l.) arm.
