NOSE

Nose

Objective.

Discharge of a good deal of glairy mucus from the nostrils, alternating with a feeling of unusual dryness of the Schneiderian membrane (second day),

Subjective.

The Schneiderian membrane is at times very dry, the nose stuffed up, and then a great discharge of mucus comes on (thirteenth day),

Within then minutes after a dose the same old sensation in the nose; I cannot well describe it, but on pronouncing the French nasal sounds on, en, in, oin, I seem to be able to do it with great perfection.

It is a sort of "nasal" feeling; I fancy those with ozaena must feel so (twenty-eighth day); nose slightly uncomfortable (twenty-ninth day),

Peculiar stiffness in my nose for many weeks, six or seven weeks,

Slight pressive or full feeling in the bridge of the nose (ninth day),

Smell.

The smell and taste of the drug are getting very disagreeable to me (tenth day),
