Teeth

General Mouth.

The velum presents a rough, papular, elevated appearance,

Lips

Ulceration of the inner surface of the lips,

Excessive dryness of the mouth, especially of the lips, without thirst (fifty-seventh day),

Gums and teeth

Toothache, with profuse accumulation of saliva,

Boring pain in the right upper molars, towards evening,

Dull burrowing pain in all the teeth of the left side, after midnight (eighteenth day),

Gnawing in the roots of all the teeth, at noon (ninety-first day),

Transient drawing and tearing pains in the left teeth and in various joints of the extremities, wandering and suddenly changing their location (nineteenth day),

Transient stitches in various hollow and sound teeth of the left side (third day),

Transient stitches in several back teeth of the left side, also in an anterior upper incisor (thirty-second day),

Dull tearing toothache in the back teeth of the left lower jaw, with stitches extending into the ears and corresponding temple (eighteenth day),

Sensitiveness of the teeth (eighth day),

Sensitiveness of the teeth, especially of the upper incisors (twenty-ninth day),

Gums.

Livid color of the gum, which, however, neither bleeds nor is painful (twenty-fourth day),

The taste of the solution was metallic and nauseous; after some hours the taste reminded one of sugar of lead; water had a disagreeable but food a natural taste,
