Zincum is followed well by Ignatia Ignat, but not by Nux Vomica Nux vom. which disagrees.

Zincum picricum (preferable, with dull, heavy, periodic, occipital headache; pains in small of back as if struck).

Zincum Sulphur sulph. is useful in persistent dysenteric discharges; cutting pains in side of abdomen; also good when cannot sleep because of jerking of legs.
