Returns Policy for Boiron USA
eHealthLand act as agents for ABC Homepathy and therefore,
for the purposes of the policy, you can consider your relationship
with ABC Homeopathy to be with eHealthland
- eHealthLand must be notified of any problems with the products
shipped to the customer within 5 days of receipt of the products,
otherwise the customer will be deemed to HAVE ACCEPTED the goods.
- All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative
by e-mail. An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # will
be given at that time, which must be attached to all correspondence
(letter, invoice, etc with returned product). eHealthLand will
not approve return of any product more than 30 days past receipt
- In the event of a shipping error, manufacturing problem or
customer service error, every effort will be made to remedy
- In the event of customer error, credit will not be issued
until product is received in perfect condition. The customer
is responsible for shipping the items back at his/her own expense.
Please note all single remedies will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee, all combination remedies will be subject to a 25% restocking
