severe bloating

I have had severe bloating problem fr over 30 years. It occurs after practically every meal. It does not seem to be any particular food, however some are worse than others. After a meal I blow up like a basketball. My only relief is to lay across the bed on my stomach with my head and shoulders hanging over and belch it up a little at a time. I have been admitted to hospital more than once over the years for heart related symptoms, but each time they check my heart out very fully and its not my heart, it s just the pressure on my diaphram (or my vegas nerve) from the bloating,. I am in good health overall, 65 years old. I have had endoscopies, colonoscopies and evey doctor ants to treat me for acid reflux. I have reflux sometimes but no acid, even after i have eaten 3 or 4 hours earlier. I reflux food that s just like i just swallowed it. I would appreciate any help. thanks...
