whats wrong with me

i have pain on my belly button ,smelly discharge since i started my period 10yrs ago i am 24 now,sharp pains in my stomach evey now then,trying to concevive for the past three mnoth with no luck,please help

Hasnat last decade

other symptons gastric trouble passing wind every now and then,feeling bloated after eating,i am not very regular with my periods i can miss a month or two this can happen after six or three months of regular periods.
