Acne and Arnica dosage

I have read all 10 or 11 pages of a past thread about acne and Sally Lu. I thought okay I'll just take Arnica 30 as listed...but I thought I should describe my overall skin condition and seek some advice anyway before proceeding.

I have had acne along my jaw line since 2 months after the birth of my 3rd child. It is not horrible, at times there are flareups, but mostly just small bumps, like a heat rash - not always red, but sometimes. Just the overall texture along the jaw line is not good. And the rest of my face glows! (well, I do have undereye circles which seem sunken as well). There are some pimples on my chest, neck and back and I have had some hard bumps appearing on my arm, and legs within these past months. A few of which are now dark smooth scars.

I did switch to drinking hot beverages only, even water I boil and drink hot - it feels great to my insides. It has helped I feel. Specifically to Joe, with my symptoms, which Arnica should I take, 30 or 6? And yes I do have scars so what about the Silicea?

TIA!

Amanda
