Please advice me for the wet

does how to make and how to use.

Since I have read through the

forum that take some 500 ml

spring water and mix 2 drops of

Arnica 30C and shake the bottle

and take 1+1 teaspoon in Mor/Eve

Can I use this bottle again next

day please advice properly.
