Assistance to stop smoking???

I have heard that Lobellia helps a person stop smoking but I have also heard that it is poisonous. Can someone please advise me about Lobellia and any other homeopathic remedies that could help me kick that awful habit. I am 48 f and have been smoking for 35 years.

Try this.

Firstly, the patient needs to stop smoking pre-packaged cigarettes. Besides the nicotine they also contain sugar ... so they not only have a nicotine addiction but also a sugar addiction! Get the patient to change to roll up cigarettes for a few days before they officially quit, as this will lessen the sugar addiction. Also get them to cut out sugar from their diet.

A few days before their planned 'quit date' start them on SACCHARUM OFFICINALE (SACH) 30c twice a day. This will help deal with the sugar addiction.

When the patient has quit smoking give the following COMBINATION remedy at 12c potency:
NUX VOMICA
STAPHYSAGRIA
IGNATIA
TABACUM
NICOTINE
The patient can take this remedy every time they feel a craving.
However ... the patient CAN NOT smoke while taking this remedy (I'll explain further down!). If they quit the night before they can take the remedy in the morning ... but under no circumstances can they take it an hour after having a cigarette ... leave a gap of 12 hours of so.

After a couple of days of quitting smoking, give the patient several large doses of TABACUM 200c. Give this daily for 3 days and this will clear out the tabacco and nicotine from their bodies.

Carry on with the Saccharum until the patient loses the sugar cravings.

***re: Tabacum - Tabacum should never be taken while still smoking. It really does clear the body of tabacco and nicotine ... the person may smell it coming out of their skin pores. A story that Tony Hurley (who taught my homeopath 15 years ago) told about Tabacum was that one homeopath was smoking a cigarette and decided to take a dose of tabacum after just finishing one ... it had an immediate effect ... it was coming out of every orifice! Thus, start the combination the day AFTER they have quit smoking.***

Take Arnica 6c in the Wet dose twice daily and you should discover in a week that you do not have that urge for the next chew of tobacco.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
