need help for my mother in law.... anger/diabetes/depression

I hope that someone can help my mother in law, she lives in Shanghai, China, and I have not been able to locate a homeopath for her to see. She has had type 2 diabetes for a few years, is very angry, unhappy and quarlsome, and has gallbladder problems. here is her full history:

Chinese female, 65, retired. Husband passed away suddenly 4 years ago, one daughter age 34. stays at home, watches quite a bit of television. Lives in Shanghai, China. Walks quite a lot.


Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Diabetes, type 2, for the past 2 years. “sand” in gallbladder for at least 10 years. Depression, anger and frustration.


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
sand” in gallbladder for at least 10 years. Depression, anger and frustration. Pain in joints, constantly cold feeling. Gassy and poor digestion.


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Anger, depression, frustration. Quarrelsome, often fight with family members. Domineering. Dissatisfied with everything.


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
anger hates everything, wants to scream.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?



6. Which time of the day you are worst?
At night.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

time, temperature, pressure, uncomfortable cloth, tired, hungry

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
will to move all the time, can’t stay in one place more than three month.


9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
hot weather, humid

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
Moody, easily offended, arguing, hard working, domineering of family members, explosive temper.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
yes.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
use hands quite a bit when talking.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
Very close to younger brother, demand a lot of attention from family or I get very upset. Like to control family.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
unknown


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave- Starchy foods, noodles, breads, msg, averse to bland food


13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Very thirsty

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Eggs, Mint, Noodles make her gassy.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal , head

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Every day. Watery stool

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Shallow sleep, less than five hours per night. Sleeps on her back.


19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
unknown

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
Nervous, easily agitated.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Chinese herbal medicine for diabetes.


22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Stroke (father) cancer (mother), sister had gallbladder removed.


23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

4 foot 8 inches, curly hair (rare for Chinese person), extremely thin… almost the body of a child. Short arms and legs. Grey hair.

(For Females)
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
post menopausal.

continue your chinese herbal medicine for Diabeties.

try the following mediicne

1. Calc Bili 3x trit or in tab 1 grain three times in a day
2. Nat. sulph 30c three times in a day

continue for a month and report me

thank you for looking at my mother in law's condition. forgive me if this is a silly question. is one of these two remedies her consitutional remedy, or do we have to wait to make that determination?
