Ars Alb Vs Natrum Mur which one?
Hi,I am 36 yrs of age. I am suffering from depression from last 3 years. I think the symptoms most resemble Ars Alb and Nat Mur.
I took one dose of Ars Alb a week back and I felt immediately better, however the symptoms returned.
I am tempted to try Nat Mur.
What should I do? Can Natrum Mur follow ars alb? Should I repeat another dose of Ars. Alb.

Due to continuous problems in personal life more then 5 years ago
I felt extremely insecure. Smallest problems wrecks me completely, I don't have enough nerve to push on with my life.
I keep going back to past problems and these causes gloom and dispair in me. I don't want to meet many people as I thing that will cause another problem. I can barely open my mouth in meetings, least some on rebukes me. In a nutshell confidence is at an all time low. I feel like a kid, looking for his mom for protection
As an e.g. If I am giving an interview and if I cannot answer one question in between. I get so nervous I cannot remember the answers of other question. I am unable to communicate , I fumble with words.
I am looking for continual psycological support, or I look to blame it on someone person around me to blame. I get really angry if someone sympathises with. Seems like he/she wanted me to fail and they are feeling good time and are putting on a show of sympathy.
I am continuously looking for work, something to do. In activity will kill me. Relaxing without doing anything is no relaxation. I feel really gloomy from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
All this started about 10 years ago, when I went to a homeopath for cold, which was due to allergy which was never cured by medicine. I was in engineering at that time and had to endure repeated faliures, which I was never used to, The doctor also gave me some thing to kill the nervousness during the exam. He told me he gav me Heper Sulph but I am not sure.
My brief history is I had some respitory complications which I was in ICU on heavy medication for 17 days right after birth. I has asthama till the age of 16. However I don't have any respitory complaints since I left my poluted Mumbai. No cold either for which I saw the doctor for almost year and a half
Please help.

Sorry missed answering your questions. I took Ars. Alb 30C diluted in water in the morning.
Also, for got to mention the doctor I saw also prescribed Sulphur for quite sometime.

Other General Symtoms
a. Physically on the thinner side, inspite of exercising and eating well. Do not put on weight.
b. Memories, Thougts from past, work to be done bog down at night, cannot sleep peace fully. Sleep like a log late afternoon
on Sun/Sat
c. Slightest contradiction makes angry, cannot debate without losing temper. If car which cuts me in my lane, sometime feel like blowing the car away, sometime feel like 'Ok dosen't matter'.
d. If there is a argument in public and if the other person is stronger, and I am almost cry and cusrse my selves for not being able to beat him up.
e. Just holding the noze is good enough to cause a sneeze, easily catch cold especially be change of seasons
f. Cannot bare to see unclean house, will quarel and abuse my wife and keep cleaning untill exausted, Can't bare to talk to my wife after that. Even thinking of her, makes me loose my temper.
g. Distructive thought come to mind about wrong doers in past. Have a strong sense of justice and feel like punishing the wrong doer.
h. Cannot withstand foul smell, causing violent vomiting sensation, without actually vomiting.
i. Find small balls of translusent, isoluble spit, like that egg white, but not as stick or driping like it. I can just take it on my finger tip and flick it away.
Before taking ars. alb.; uncontrollable urge to pass stools, cannot wait untill finish brushing, passing almost as soon as sitting down, Passing undigested food. Milk and/or spinach never agreed.
But after Ars. Alb., feel much better, stools were immediately hard after the dose but better after a day. Did not have complaint with milk. Did not try spinach. Feel better control over depression.

This is my second dose of Ars. Alb. 200C was not available so I took 30C. I feel very good psychologically, I can sleep better since I last took the medicine.
However my nose is dripping with cold, lot of sneezing, feel hot and my eyes are smarting as well. Is is also a little cold here in NY.
Please confirm if I should repeat the dose or take only 200C.
How can I complete the case so that the cure is permanent.

I was feeling better. It is more then 2 weeks since I stopped taking Ars Alb. I am feeling restless again, with bouts of anger, dwelling on past etc.
For 2 weeks I slept well. Now again I am unable to sleep.
Should I continue with Ars.?

Can u point to the cause of depression? most symtoms mentioned are effects rather than mentioning the cause.
