Hair fall

hi,

i have been experiencing hair fall (severe). Have dandruff in my hair and so keep washing my hair very often (twice a week). And also have splits at the end of my hair. Please suggest some medicines to stop the fall of hair and promote the growth of thick hair.

Please give full symptom. You have not given any detail like colour of heirs, dry, greasy, falling in bunch, dandruf or otherwise
