root canal pain

I have a root canal that I had done about 12 years ago. I have very bad teeth and no dental insurance. I read previous forum to find answers. I ordered Coffea Cruda 200c,Chamomilla 200c,Mercuris Sol 30 C, & Pulsatilla Nigricans 200C, all in the pellet form. I would like to know exact dosing and if there are any interactions with these medications. I cannot afford the dental work right now, although I do feel extraction will be necessary. Please help!!

first try chamomilla 200 3 hrly it it is fail to get the releif then you have to remove your teeth.
