Cervical/lumber spinal cord compression

Now a days some patient come to homeopath for the treatment of paralysis and the patient is given medicine after careful study of the symptom as per homeopathic constitution.After use of the medicine no development achived but the patient goes to more worst condition.After failure the patient goes to Neurologist and after scaning(MRI) it is seen that the cause is only spinal cord compression at cervical or lumber spine.In the early stage our medicine failed to give any result,in the modern method of treatment the patient is given traction where the problem exists and the patient become cure in some days.It is well known that cord comp. occured mainly occured from sudden accident,some pressure on cord or from denegeration of vertebral column.Our only medicine calc phos has the ability to rectify deformation of any kind related to bone but whether it can reduce enlarged cartilage which makes compression on spinal cord.My main object to know from learned doctor of this forum,what medicines in homeopathy can reduced earlarged cartilage around the cord if we give truction and pain combacting medicines related to vertebra like Conium,Rhustox,Causticum,Coculus,Baryta carb,Mag phos just to improve circulation in related nerve which were partially inactive due to cord compression.Thank you in advance

It really depends on the symptoms (there are MANY remedies for paralysis!)

But if nerves/pain are involved yoiu should also consider Hypericum.

.Thank you for your kind valuable reply.My question was whether our remedy is able to reduce enlarged disc of vertebra,which is the main cause of cord compression.I have searched the materia medica but failed to find out.Recently our medicine doing some wonderful work after application,so i appeal to those learned doctor of this forum to please help with their new achievent in this case during practice.Thanks dr Astra2012
