Dear farrukh shah,
May Almighty Allah save you and all of us from all damages/losses.
I think this swelling is due to screw or plates, most probaly you have got a jerk or shock and the screw may have affected. Normally after healing fracture they removes screws about 6 months. Anyhow, Consult your Orthopeadic Surgeon and take his advise. However, you can take the following medicines:
one dose at morning and One at night. Hopefully will give you relief.
wish you good health

Sorry me, but I don't know what are you waiting.
Dr, Mahfooz gave to you a very good prescription and it is right till the present.
If you want to improve his prescription, you can intake any calcium supplement: dolomita is very useful because it contains calcium and magnesium in the necessary quantities. Calc. Phosp. can help you too, but -repeating- the Dr. Mahfooz prescription was and is right at all.
Please, follow his advices and don't wait for more coincident opinions.
