mild acne,health problems
Please, any advice would be very much appreciated. I am a 30 yr old female. dark hair and eyes, light skin. 5'7 150 lbs. I have been having a priblem with acne for about 5 years I have had 3 healthy prgnanies I nursed all babies until almost 1 yr or over.I have a history of depression and anxiet, been diagnosed by a phyciatrist with ocd, uni-polar, and but a sleep specialist with idiopathic hypersonia, meaning unknown severe sleepiness. I have problems with constipation. thirstless, almost no appetite, but I gain weight very easily.I have taken several antidepressants, but an taking none at the moment I feel depression has been resolved. I have taken birth control pill on and off for 2 years for acne problems, along with several dosses of antibiotic. At the moment I am taking no prescription drugs I feel they have not been succeful in treating me.
I don't like sweets, love fatty foods, meats, rich foods wine.I am a very sensitive person.very emotional.Cry very easily. The acne is much worse before menses. I have bad cramps during and extreme fatigue (mental and physical)during.Heat makes acne worse.drieing out the skin makes it worse. O also have an on going history of sinusitis. Have taken many course of antibiotics for chronic sinusitis.I have dark circles under my eyes like I don't sleep but I sleep at least 6-8 hrs a night.Pleae, I would appreciate any suggestions.

I forgot to mention that the acne is small white bumps that are very itchy.They are mainly located on my chin, with some on my back. These are not infected looking, but acassionaly I will get a pustule that is very red and angry looking.When I do get a pustule, it takes week to heal and when it does heal , will leave a red spot.
