Osteoarthritis pain relief seeker

I would like ideas, remedies or possible homeopathic solutions for my grandmother's severe wrist swelling and pain due to Osteoarthritis flare-up. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Also any recommendatins for Homeopathic MD's in the Los Angeles, California area.
