Chronic Diarrhea, urgent please

My sister age 34 with one child is suffering from severe diarrhea for last 3 weeks. She is diabetic patient for 1 1/2 years. Doctors tried many drugs to treat her diarrhea but situation is just getting worst. We need expert advise please, she is in Karachi, Pakistan. Thanks in advance.

Please try podophyllum 30, 3 pills 4 hrly for 2 days, then one dose (4 pills)immediately after any diarrhoeic stools.

Stop medicine after relief start.
