Acne and hair

Hi there!
I'm an 18 year old girl with both polycystic ovarian syndrome and hypothyroidism. I am currently overweight (by medical definition). I have been experiencing acne for the past few years since I stopped having periods for a few years now (about 2, currently taking bcps to treat this problem). I have also had thinning hair on my scalp. I take thyroid supplements daily (50 mcg). I currently take Steivamycin for my acne. If I could get any suggestions as to better treat my acne and hair thinning that would be appreciated?

Also, is it normal to be able to palpate several cervical lymph nodes when you are not sick?
