medicine and sour foods

I'm in the middle of a homeopathic treatment. My doctor gave me a list of things to do and not to do and among them, I am to not eat anything sour. I'm a big salad lover...does that mean the occasional salad with vinagerette is completely out of the option? thanks.

I have leucoderma/vitiligo. my treatment are two separate daily dilutions, one in the morning on an empty stomach, the other at night 30 minutes to an hour after dinner, at least. also, i have been given buchi oil to put on the spots that are already visible.

Has any body suggested Homeo medicines. If so what ae they?

Also tell me:

Is the Skin is White ,
or
Patches have surrounding redness?
or
Skin is milky?
or
White Skin with red patches?
or

Spot of white skin with white look of hair?

I will advice on your answers.
