Hi Abhishek
I have gone through your case.
Procure sulphur in 200c potency. Take about 250ml. of water, and mix two pellets in it thoroughly.
Take a single sip out of it,and store the remaining liquid in the capped bottle in the refrigerator. Label it as medicine, to prevent others from taking it inadvertantly.
Don't take any other medicines, and just this single dose.Report after two days.
Don't expect any miracles.The first thing you should observe is more peaceful sleep, and more calmness, and less anxiety about your problems.
Let me know how you feel after two days.

After two days of taking medicine I have observed two improvements
1. Improved Sleep.
2. Tongue is a bit less coated
Rest things are as it is. Waiting for your instructions.

See how long the improvement lasts.Don't repeat the medicine till I give clearence.
Come back, when you feel you are slipping back.
Sulphur continues to act atleast for a few weeks. The improvement in sleep is an indication that the medicine is correct, and started the action. If we repeat now, we will disturb its action.
I feel you may see some more positive changes, may be slight over the next one week.

Now I think the improvemnts are gone and sleep is back to disturbed. What should I do. Should I repeat the dose? Please advise.

Yes. You should repeat the dose now.
Take the refregerated bottle out, let it come to room temperature.
Hit the bottle with a moderate force,on a hard surface, for about 5 to 6 times and take a small sip out of it.
Make sure that there are no odors on you (perfumes etc), near you (in the room) and in your mouth while taking the medicine.
Wait again for two days and report.
