Hi, I am an opera singer and i suffer for years gastric reflux at night, which damage my voice and practically i can't sing at my high notes anymore, only if i warm up but i forse it. And when i wake up in the morning i feel pain and mucus. I used to be a smoker too but i stopped a year ago.. I been trying anti-acid diet, pills, herbs, vocal therapy, and i have some results but i want to be completely cured and have my 100% of my voice the way it used to be.. I am 25 years old, i stopped also coffee , but i like sweets, i eat alot of fruits everyday.. Please some help?

1. Describe your main suffering?

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

1. Describe your main suffering?

scrachy voice at my high notes.Excess of mucus at my throat all day, Every morning painful throat, After singing more mucus, cracked voice.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
restless legs(night,evening), fungus, menstual cramps, iron deficiency.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I guess depression,anger, fear, nervousness.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
At my worst I feel, anger and the fear that I am in prison and I can t get out. Failure.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
It all started when i was 12, I was in an environment very cold day and night which I started to have mucus and i was coughing really hard every day, my voice until 18 years old was strong and the mucus wasn t a problem for me to sing. My depression sterted 15 years old with my iron deficiency. I started smoking also 18 years old until 23.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Morning, I can t wake up feeling rest. I don t force myself to wake up and I don t work at the moment

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
Very high or Very low tempertures, If I don t drink water I feel My throat very dry.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Maybe with my menstruation

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I feel better during hot weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
My mood change like crazy, from very quiet and peaceful, to very vegative thoughts and emotions.
My normal Is happy and energetic, positive energy, negative thoghts ars changing my mood and some times the people around me if they are negative.

Yes

Weeping, talking to one self etc?
Idon t bite my nails, i bite the meat next to them, and talking to oneself sometimes.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
my friends are nice, my family except my mother are the most terrible people i ve ever met, My husband is a nice guy.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

Since I was a little kid I am dreaming snakes, That someone chasing me and i run to escape. My dreams are weird.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave: Chocolate, olives,fruits, corn aversions: meat, weird tasty staff.
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal
14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
chocolate mouse, tripe soup, any chocolate with fruits or liquer.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal

Normal, athletic

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
sometimes very well and sometimes with the feeling of pressure, my favorite posture is my face down

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
yes

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
i believe that i don t have anuthing difrend from other people. I have a diffrend personality like everybody else, maybe something that is diferrend or few people have is that i always think other people s needs, emotions, I like to 'read' people.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
for my throat only herbs.
for my depression a very light anti depressant from Europe
for my anaimia iron and for my cramps birth control pills

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Cancer ants and uncl's

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
(For Females) average height, midioum weight, brunette, with brown eyes, athletic body. A good looking person.
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
Totally irregular menstrual cycles. I stopped write them there was no point. Very painful, vomiting, mood start changing a couple weeks before, mu flow type heavy the first 3 days, light the 4 last days.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
Chicken pox as a kid age 5-6
anaimia 14-15
depression 15

please take CAUSTICUM 200C one dose every third day morning in empty stomach.

after a few doses you will see that most of your problems would be relieved.

you can gradually taper down the remedy dose frequency to once a week and finally stop when a you are fully cured.

other remedies which could help you are: KALI-CARB, SEPIA and BELLADONNA.
