Endometriosis and chronic UTI

Dear Doctors,

I have visited the site and found that you have helped to cure Endometriosis. I think I am suffereing from the same problem, though my doctor Mrs. Kiran Cohelo ( Lilavati hospital, mumbai) has not used this term to describe my problem. She just only told me that I am suffering from hormonal disorder, and tried to do the treatment by giving progesterone and combination of progesterone/ estrogen but it didnt worked.
The symptoms are:

SYMPTOMS

Increasingly painful periods

Lower abdominal pain that can by felt for a week or two before menstruation and abdominal pain and pelvic cramps during menstruation (the pain and cramps are quite severe)

Pelvic or low back pain that may occur at any time during the menstrual cycle

Severe pain during and following sexual intercourse
*
Pain with bowel movements
*
Premenstrual spotting( brownish and blackish, 15-20 days before the periods it gets start)
*
reoccurring severe urinary track infection(genereally it re occurs after intercourse or periods)
* heavy bleeding during the period
* low resistance
* stabbing pain in some nerve in right side of the abdomen near the hip bone.
* stabbing and pulsating headache generally before and during the period, it increases on stepping and difficult to see in sharp light, staying in darkness gives a better feeling. pain is on the top of the back side of the head.
* white discharge

History:

Following are the details which you required for the treatment.

1. Age : 27 years
2. Sex : Female
3. country : India
4. climate : hot (mumbai climate)
5. current complain-from how many days- Since last 1.5 years
6. current medicine you are taking : have taken Diane 35 prescribed by the doctor, currently taking only iron and multi vitamins tablets.

7. past history : Suffered from tuber tuberculoma in right side of brain near temple, when I was 8 years old. MRI has done and everything is fine.

8. Slight back history of menses , any chest pain before menses : menses used to come in the interval of 30 days, but now since last 6 months,coming after 28 days, always have clotted blood in the periods, no chest pain before the period.

9. Family back ground : asthamatic father. grand father suffered from TB

11. Nature of working : stressful
12. desire and aversion of food : simple and less spicy, dont like sweets so much.

13. Mind behavior : Moody, introvert, emotional, short tempered, get irritated very easily, take tension immediately, thoughtful, impatient, lethargic, observant, passionate about love, very possessive, sometimes feel depressed, suspicious

14. Previous Treatment Details and Disease History :

6 years back, my white discharge problem was started and was treated by a homeopathic doctor. but I skipped my period for 1 month. Then he gave me PULLSATILA and SELENIUM due to which my body became very hairy. Then I changed the doctor and this doctor gave me PULSATILA, OLEUM J. ASEL Q, CIMICIFUGA Q, and few other medicines which i dont remember.
But since my white discharge problem was not cured, I had taken ayurvedic medicines for a very long time.

Spotting probelm history :

The problem of spotting was started 1.5 years back, after an abortion, done by taking medicines orally(given by a doctor). After that i had taken so many ayurvedic medicines(idiotically) from a renowned ayurvedic doctor which only increased my problems. And after my abortion i had the problem of spotting just 2-3 days before the periods. But when I started the ayurvedic medicines again, It resulted in Endometriosis.

Since last 6 months I am taking alopathic treatment in Lilavati hospital.
I have done all the diagnosis, including 6 sonography in one year and HIV test 3 times. All the reports are fine excluding the blood report which shows that I am having some infection in my body (may be due to UTI).

I think, I have given you all the information which could be required, if you need to something more then kindly ask me.

And I request you to please reply me as soon as possible and help and cure me.
At present I am suffering from chronic UTI.
